Every women want to have a sexy/ lovely/ strong body to attract whoever, of course nearly 100% to attract all guys who never care about there body..
Today, I have some tips for you to reduce your weight by kick a way the 'diet'
Human body consists of fat different from men / women, for men the proper percentage of the fat should range about 15-20 % but for women it is about 20 - 25 % ..
To control this fat not over the proper rate you should ;
1. Eat as your eating time ; breakfast , lunch , dinner BUT you must eat at the right time;
Breakfast around 7 AM, Lunch time around 12:00, and then dinner is about 7PM ... for dinner it is very quite difficult to control then if you can't make it at 7 PM , please eat before sleep 3 hours at least
2. Have vegetable about 2/3 times of meat
3. Start with all vegetable first as they could help you feel fulled faster
4. Have to eat slowly
5. Don't have dessert instead of food
6. Sleep & wake up early ..
